Historical and architectural genesis of the sea forts of Kronstadt and the strategy of their actualization in modern space
The article examines the historical and architectural development of Kronstadt, which has an exceptional cultural heritage and is a "City of military Glory." The evolution of the fortress fortification system, which determined the distinctive appearance and spatial structure of the territory, is considered. Three representative examples served as the object of verification of the proposed approaches to updating monuments: Kronshlot, Citadel (Peter I) and Alexander I (Chumnoy). The paper analyzes their constructive specificity and their role as fundamental objects in the historical landscape. Based on a comparative analysis of domestic experience with the world's leading practices in the revitalization of sea fortresses, systemic problems of technical reconstruction and interpretation of island forts in modern processes have been identified. Special attention is paid to the integration of previously closed forts into a public environment accessible to a wide audience. The authors explore methods of transforming forts into actual spatial dominants, considering the current implementation of the Island of Forts project through the prism of creating new educational and exposition scenarios. In conclusion, the necessity of preserving the authentic appearance and material substance of the Kronstadt outposts when they are included in modern usage models is substantiated. The work highlights the importance of memory translation in the process of shaping the modern appearance of the fortress city.

Research on the traditional principles of Chinese aesthetics in modern urban wall paintings
China is one of the oldest civilizations in history, and it has developed its own principles of aesthetics. However, in today's era of openness and cultural exchange, there is a growing interaction between traditional and modern artistic practices. One such form of artistic influence on Chinese culture is wall art, which encompasses graffiti, street art, and more. The concepts of "graffiti" and "street art" are closely associated with Western street subcultures, which gained popularity worldwide in the 1990s. Therefore, the study of Chinese wall paintings (graffiti, street art) in the context of the interaction between traditional Chinese aesthetics and modern street art is an important and promising area of research.

Formation of a visual image of the environment of settlements of Amur immigrants in the 19th-20th centuries
The spatial organization of the environment of 19th-20th century immigrants in the Amur region can be studied as a parameter of the form-forming system that provides the settlement structure with an artistically valuable character, determined in accordance with the level of cultural development and visually recognizable. In this case, the settlement morphology is determined by the axial organization of the street, the configuration and rhythm of the estate grid, the functional distribution of spaces, and the vertical "top-bottom" opposition characteristic of Amur settlements in floodplain areas. The composition of the spatial environment of the immigrants reveals methods of visual perception, figurative integrity, and methods of symbolic identification of space. An analysis of the settlement's spatial organization allows us to explore the functional characteristics of its territory and reveals a visual image that forms in the memory of the settlement's residents and observers of its historical transformations as a unique "face," an artistically significant image of the developed space.

The descendants of immigrants who settled in Europe become co-authors of its cinematic space. They appear on screens as characters, many of them begin to make films themselves and act in them as actors, basing their work on the principles and patterns of behavior familiar to their native culture. Nowadays the themes of immigration, the stranger, the foreigner, unemployment, the language barrier, and intercultural communication remain extremely pressing for Europe, in particular for France. Ethnocultural features of creative activities of the Novosibirsk regional Russian-German House (based on cultural, leisure and educational events in 2023)
This article examines the ethnocultural characteristics of the creative work of the Novosibirsk Regional Russian-German House. The article aims to analyze the multifaceted identities of contemporary Russian Germans: ethnic, local (regional), and national (Russian). This analysis is based on materials from cultural, leisure, and educational events held in 2023. The methodological basis of the study is the concept of multiple identities, which interprets social identity from a multiparadigmatic perspective, and popular levels of identity as interpenetrating and complementary.
The ethnocultural identity of modern Russian Germans is multifaceted and changing. Centuries-old proximity to the peoples of Russia, and first of all, to the Russian population, determined the foreign influence on the culture of German settlers with their unconditional loyalty to their own culture and language. At present, Russian Germans strive to preserve their cultural heritage. The cultural, leisure and educational events they hold have a significant impact on the recreation of the ethnocultural potential of Russian Germans. At the same time, the themes and forms of organization of such events are addressed not only to Russian-German ethnoculture, but also to Russian and Soviet artistic culture, as well as the folklore of the Russian people and indigenous peoples neighboring the places of residence of modern Russian Germans.
As a result of the study, using the example of the creative activities of the Novosibirsk Regional Russian-German House, it is possible to state the complex nature of the ethnocultural identity of modern Russian Germans. While such forms of cultural and leisure activities as master classes, art mediations or lectures and discussions are largely devoted to artifacts of Russian-German folk culture, its symbols and heroes, theatrical performances, excursions, literary and musical house concerts, musical and poetic and literary and historical evenings, as well as art exhibitions, turn to the pages of Novosibirsk history, the aesthetics of nature, and the work of outstanding figures of Russian and Soviet culture and art. Along with celebrating traditional calendar holidays (Maslenitsa, Pentecost, Harvest Festival, Christmas), much attention is paid to national holidays (International Women's Day, Victory Day, Russia Day).
Key words: Russian Germans, ethnocultural identity, creative activity, Novosibirsk Regional Russian-German House, transformation of ethnicity.

Regional journalism as a factor in preserving local cultural identity in the global media space
The article examines regional journalism as a sociocultural phenomenon that ensures the preservation of local value orientations and cultural identity in the context of the globalization of the media space. The relevance of the study is обусловлена the increasing influence of the global media field, which shapes unified information practices and contributes to the gradual displacement of local cultural codes. The aim of the research is to identify the role of regional and national mass media in maintaining and reproducing internal sociocultural values, as well as in shaping a media discourse oriented toward local communities.
The methodological basis of the study includes sociocultural and media-theoretical approaches, which make it possible to consider journalism both as an institution of public communication and as a space for the formation of cultural meanings. The article analyzes the specific features of the thematic agenda of regional media, the mechanisms of representing local identity, and the strategies of symbolic distancing from dominant global media narratives. Particular attention is paid to the position of national media and the challenges they face, including a shortage of professional personnel, limited financial resources, and institutional difficulties that affect the sustainability of the regional media sector.
The analysis demonstrates that regional journalism performs not only an informational function but also a culturally consolidating one, acting as a mediator between local traditions and contemporary communication practices. It is concluded that supporting national and regional media is an important condition for preserving cultural diversity and ensuring the sustainable development of the media environment.
Key words: regional journalism, media space, media globalization, local identity, cultural codes, national media, media discourse, sociocultural values, regional media.

Photography as simulacrum: constructing reality in the digital age
The aim of this article is to critically examine the transformation of the photographic image in the context of the transition from analogue to digital technologies, drawing on the concept of simulacrum. The paper seeks to demonstrate that the opposition between analogue photography as «realistic» and digital as «simulacral» is an oversimplification, and to prove that photography, at all stages of its history, has not been a means of objective fixation of reality, but rather a form of its interpretation and construction. Particular attention is given to analysing how, in the contemporary era of simulacrum, the perception of the photographic image, its cultural function, and its status as visual evidence are changing. The main research methods employed are historical-cultural and semiotic analysis. The historical-cultural approach enabled a retrospective analysis of the history of photography, revealing the continuity of manipulative practices – from early techniques of analogue montage to modern digital methods – thereby demonstrating that the construction of reality has always been an integral feature of photography. Semiotic analysis considered the photographic image as a sign and text, examining its indexical nature and the transformation of its connection to the referent under conditions of digital simulation. The study establishes that the debate concerning the loss of the «real» in photography fails to account for the fact that representation itself implies a distance from objective reality. Examples from the history of photography – from 19th-century photomontages to digital collages and images generated by neural networks – confirm that photography has always been a speculative interpretation of life. In the contemporary era of simulacrum, the author argues, photography finally relinquishes its claims to objectivity and becomes a pure act of representation, often having no connection to external reality. It turns into an instrument for constructing meanings rather than reflecting them. Thus, the distinction between analogue and digital lies not in the plane of «authentic versus artificial», but in the realm of subjective perception and cultural habits. Photography ceases to be a window onto the world and becomes a mirror of our desires, fears, and perceptions of reality, making it a key phenomenon of modern visual culture.
Key words: photography, simulacrum, digital age, construction of reality, analog photography, visual culture, postmodernism, indexicality, image manipulation.

The head of the Vietnamese socialist state: from president to general secretary of the central committee of the communist party of Vietnam (1945-1986)
The article examines the pivotal transition of supreme power within the political system of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 1945 to 1986. Through an analysis of constitutions, party documents, and political practice, it traces the evolution from the model of single-handed leadership by President Ho Chi Minh (1945-169) to a model of dominance by General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, with the formal preservation of the head of state position. The research reveals the historical and institutional reasons why, after Ho Chi Minh's death in 1969, the real center of power shifted from the state position of President to the party position of General Secretary, a change that was definitively institutionalized by the 1980 Constitution. Using the tenure of General Secretary Le Duan (1960-1986) as a case study, the article analyzes the establishment of a system in which the General Secretary de facto becomes the head of state, while the formal head of state performs ceremonial functions. This transition predetermined the subsequent development of Vietnam's political system and the formation of the informal "four-pillar" model, in which the General Secretary consistently holds the leading position.

Man and intelligent technologies
The article examines the features of human-artificial intelligence interaction mainly from the point of view of transformative effects. It points out the complex and contradictory nature of both the transformative influence itself and the consequences it causes. Speaking about the ambiguity and ambivalence of the interaction process and the effect it generates, the authors do not share exclusively alarmist or optimistic views. The productivity of human interaction with intelligent technologies depends on objective conditions and subjective characteristics, goal setting, knowledge about the essence of technology, and competencies both in the field of using technology opportunities and countering risks. Interaction with artificial intelligence cannot be fruitful if it is based on over-trust in technology and distrust of humans. Its quality is directly dependent on the awareness at the micro and macro levels of the primacy of man, his powers and capabilities, and the secondary role of artificial intelligence as a tool, a tool in human hands. Because of this, the authors are proponents of a human-centered approach in setting and solving the problems of integrating humans and artificial intelligence, requiring special attention to the development of human capital.
Key words: artificial sociality, artificial intelligence, natural intelligence, digital assistants, digital communicants, intelphilia, humanocentrism, trust and over-trust in technology.

Artificial intelligence in assessing knowledge of higher mathematics
This paper explores approaches to mathematical modeling of microwave heating processes in dielectric materials. A numerical method is applied to solve related problems and approaches to their implementation in MATLAB. The distribution of electromagnetic energy and thermal fields in a dielectric medium is simulated using MATLAB scripts developed using the finite-difference method with time dependence. Calculations demonstrate that multichannel control of source phases significantly improves heating uniformity. The study confirms the need to consider the nonlinear relationship between temperature and the dielectric properties of the medium. The proposed modeling approach demonstrates the best results when combined with electrodynamic and thermal calculations in an iterative mode.
