Socio-cultural, moral and geopolitical components of responsibility to compatriots and their consideration in resettlement practice
The article raises the problem of repatriation of compatriots, which is significant from the point of view of the geopolitical interests of the Russian Federation. Its actualization was facilitated by the complex processes of economic development in the newly independent states of the post-Soviet space. But no less powerful was the socio-cultural impulse that prompted compatriots to repatriate. Russia has developed the legal framework necessary for the effective adaptation and integration of immigrants. However, it turned out that the success of repatriation largely depends on what share of responsibility for the reception of compatriots is ready to be taken not only by federal and regional authorities, but also by civil society institutions.
Key words: compatriots, repatriation, power, civil society, law, responsibility.

Consumer culture from the perspective of the history of consumer cooperation
The article considers aspects of the hundred-year history of the movement of consumer cooperation in the context of consumer culture. The latter, having become a product of the consumer society, on the one hand, has formed a more conscious attitude towards consumed goods in terms of their environmental and social components. But, on the other hand, it, having created the grounds for manifestations of anti-consumerism, had a negative impact on such forms of self-organization of people that were offered by consumer cooperation.
Key words: history, consumer culture, cooperation, consumerism, anti-consumerism.

The experience of coordinating activities of national societies of Shors and Teleouts in the mirror of the Kuzbass press (the period of the mid-1990s)
The article examines the nature of the reflection of the periodical press of the activities of these national associations in the field of joint training with authorities and scientists, organizational measures. It is noted that these initiatives were relatively regularly covered by the press only in the first half of the 1990s. In the future, the attention of journalists was switched to the events of political and cultural life. The essence of national organizations, the foundations of their relations with the authorities remained, as a rule, beyond attention.
Key words: regional press, indigenous peoples, Shor People's Association, International 10th Anniversary of the Indigenous Peoples of the World, autonomy, traditional nature management.

Critical relevance of the fundamental dependence of hegemony and commune
The question of hegemony is part of the history of the labor movement and the tradition of struggle and resistance of the disadvantaged, but often, even within the left, it took authoritarian forms. Its horizon cannot be other than the horizon of class emancipation, therefore direct democracy and self-government of the masses are the basic and necessary requirement of all this hegemony, which is considered popular. Consequently, the idea of hegemony ultimately represents a challenge – theoretical and practical equally – to the emergence and construction of the commune.
Key words: hegemony, commune, state, political science, space, political philosophy, self-government, communal democracy, people's power.
