Modern tools for the development of state policy in the field of innovative development in the context of sanctions pressure
The article is devoted to the study of the features of modern tools for the development of state policy in the field of innovative development in the context of sanctions pressure. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that in the context of globalization and rapid technological progress, states are faced with the need to form and implement effective public policy mechanisms aimed at innovative development. Sanctions restrict access to modern technologies, international markets and investments, which in turn creates serious barriers to innovative development. This requires States not only to protect existing developments, but also to activate internal resources. The author analyzes the instruments of state support for innovation, highlights the problems of innovative development. In conclusion, it is concluded that modern instruments of state policy in the field of innovative development in the context of sanctions pressure require an integrated and pragmatic approach. In conditions of limited resources and threats, it is important not only to find ways to adapt, but also to use the difficulties that have arisen as an opportunity for accelerated development and building an effective innovative economy.

On the application of flat design in landscape illustration
With the continuous development of modern design concepts, the flat design style has gradually become a mainstream design trend with its unique aesthetic charm and ability to efficiently transmit information. This approach satisfies people’s need for fast and accurate access to data and ideas. For that reason, it has been applied widely in many design fields, including illustration. Consequently, landscape illustration has been deeply influenced by the flat design style. In order to more fully describe this development, my thesis is going to explore the practical application of flat design in illustration works, by analyzing the most notable features of flat illustration. The analysis will examine flat design from three perspectives: graphics, color and composition, as well as a detailed exposition of the special qualities and characteristics which make flat design so appealing in visual expression. Furthermore, the visual language of flat landscape illustration will be summarized through its application of graphics and color aspects. Ultimately, by taking natural scenery and man-made landscapes as objects of creation, a more complete understanding of how to apply flat design for the purpose of constructing landscape illustrations will be fully explored.
Key words: flat design style, landscape illustration, natural scenery, man-made landscape.

Research on the cross-cultural communication of the intangible cultural heritage ‘Caozhou dough figurines’ in the countries along the Belt and Road
As one of China's traditional folk arts, ‘Caozhou dough figurines’ carries a wealth of cultural connotations and local characteristics. The inheritance and development of its techniques plays an important role in the protection of intangible cultural heritage. With the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, cross-cultural communication has become an important way to promote cultural exchange and understanding. This study aims to explore the current situation and challenges of the transmission of the ‘Caozhou Nianren’ technique in the countries along the Belt and Road, and to propose effective transmission strategies. By analysing the artistic characteristics of ‘Caozhou Nianren’ and its degree of acceptance abroad, the study found that the transmission effect of this technique in different cultural backgrounds varies significantly. Some countries along the Belt and Road have shown a keen interest in ‘Caozhou Nianren’, but they also face problems such as language barriers and cultural differences. Therefore, this paper proposes to enhance the influence of ‘Cao Zhou Nianren’ on the international stage through adaptive communication strategies, the organisation of cultural exchange activities and the effective use of new media.

The article analyzes key innovations, including virtual assistants, speech analysis systems, and gamification, as well as their practical application in different countries. Special attention is paid to the balance between technological progress and the humanistic aspects of education. The results show that the integration of AI enhances learning efficiency but requires a revision of pedagogical strategies and regulatory frameworks.
