The ethnic code of Yakuts in modern stage art (on the example of the choreographic performance “Sitim” by the national dance theater of the republic of Sakha (Yakutia) named after S.A. Zverev)
The topic is relevant because cultural heritage, including the dance culture of many peoples, is facing the threat of extinction as globalization processes become more intense. Especially vulnerable is the traditional cultural heritage of small indigenous peoples of the North. Currently, the loss of traditional features of ethnic culture can be traced, ethnic codes are leveled, essential elements of traditional culture are transformed.
The relevance of this topic is also associated with the fact that conceptual approaches to the study of the problems of interaction and mutual influence of traditional culture and modern stage art are still not fully developed.
The article deals with the innovations introduced in the choreographic performance “Sitim” of the National Dance Theater of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) named after S.A. Zverev–Kyyl Uola.
The issues of innovation in the language of ethnic dance are insufficiently studied and developed in art history. The mechanisms of introducing cultural codes, meanings, ideas into the stage forms of modern theater have not been developed. The inclusion of ethnic codes in modern stage art will enrich it with new meanings. We analyze the segmentation of ethnic codes into the structure of the performance and develop conceptual approaches to stage interpretation.
Key words: traditions, culture, preservation, innovations, spectacle, choreography, folklore, dance, image, idea, notions, dance lexicon, code, interpretation.

The crisis of representation in culture: an analysis of the problem
A crisis of representation in culture is a situation where traditional ways of representing and interpreting cultural phenomena become insufficient or inadequate. This affects the development of culture as a whole, limiting the diversity of creative voices and perspectives, which leads to an impoverishment of the cultural landscape and a decrease in the potential for innovation and the development of new forms of cultural expression. The article shows that the crisis of representation in culture is a symptom of profound transformations affecting the foundations of cultural self-knowledge and self-expression of society. This indicates that in order to overcome the crisis of representation, systemic changes are needed at all levels, taking into account both technological and socio-cultural aspects of modern society. This is a long-term process that requires constant rethinking and adaptation of strategies in accordance with the changing conditions of the cultural environment.
Key words: culture, crisis, crisis of representation, environment, society, process, mass media.

Central Asian cultural communication: a comparative study of Uyghur and uzbek proverbs
Central Asia, as the core area of the ancient Silk Road, has always been a melting pot of multi-ethnic and multicultural integration. Through comparative analysis, this study reveals the similarities and differences between two proverbs. Research has found that although both Uyghur and Uzbek belong to the Altaic language family, the expression of proverbs varies due to cultural backgrounds, lifestyle habits, geographical locations, natural environments, and ways of thinking. Uyghur proverbs are known for their stability, completeness, thoughtfulness, and musicality, while Uzbek proverbs are characterized by their distinct colloquialism, simple and concise sentence structures, and rhythmic features. Proverbs of both languages extensively use rhetorical devices such as metaphor, exaggeration, and metonymy to enhance their expressive effect, but in terms of specific expression, vocabulary selection, and emphasized values, they each demonstrate unique cultural characteristics and language habits. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the important position of proverbs in Central Asian folk literature, as well as their irreplaceable role in maintaining and developing cultural diversity in Central Asia, promoting cultural exchange and understanding within and outside the region.
Key words: Uyghur proverbs, Central Asia region, Uzbek proverbs, Rhetorical devices, Folk literature.

Water, reptilian deities, the first sacrifice and the codes of the universe: Dogon cosmogony in the context of global cultural heritage
60 years after the publication of the last major work by M. Griaule and J. Dieterlen on the culture of the African Dogon tribe in the publication of the French Institute of Ethnology, the works of these scientists remain practically the only source of information on the subject. At the same time, the Dogon cosmogony, apparently, has not been studied in detail in its connection with the ideas of the ancestor peoples of modern civilization: ancient Sumerians, Egyptians, Chinese, Indians, peoples of Central America, although upon closer examination the connection is so strong that it can hardly be considered a mere coincidence. Dogon cosmogony goes back to the most ancient layers of Egyptian culture (Ogdoad), the concept of a dying and resurrecting god (Osiris, Dumuzi, Attis, etc.), understanding of water as the primary substance in which life originated, as well as the ubiquitous story of the “reptilian ancestors” of humanity. A special place is occupied by the idea of 64 principles of the structure of human civilization, which has signs of kinship with the ancient Chinese system of hexagrams I-Ching and the Mesopotamian concept of Me. The obvious parallels discovered in cosmogonic concepts, down to small details, challenge modern researchers in the field of cultural studies, history, ethnology and other fields.
Key words: Dogon, cosmogony, reptilian deities, primary waters, sacrifice, hermaphrodite, circumcision, Nommo, Apkallu, Ogdoad.

On the issue of distribution and influence of constructivism on Chinese art
The article is devoted to the modern development of Chinese plastic art under the influence of the Russian avant-garde, especially the ideas of constructivism by Vladimir Tatlin. The movement took place in the context of an incessant search for new forms, implying the oblivion of all "old", the rejection of "art for art's sake", demonstrating the great importance of constructivism as a driving force of social change under the slogan - "From now on, art had to serve production." This study is relevant because this topic is poorly represented in Russian cultural studies, as the results of the author's theoretical and analytical research are presented. The Chinese sculptor Zheng Ke was close to the innovative ideas of Vladimir Tatlin. Exploring the work of the Chinese artist, the author of the article finds some similarities in their life path, full of numerous experiments and projects. The author claims that it was the creative project Tatlin Tower, featuring a moving structure with a telegraph and a printing press, that became a powerful impetus for creating a large number of fantastic projects that reflected a synthetic understanding of the art of sculpture. Tatlin put forward the concept of "architectural sculpture" that transcended the boundaries between architecture and sculpture, which influenced the creation of a new direction in the development of sculpture art around the world, including in the work of Chinese masters. In conclusion, the author emphasizes that Zheng Ke's creative work and teaching activities, in turn, had a strong impact on the training of young sculptors and designers in China, whose visual analysis of works will be presented in the next article.
Key words: Russia, China, Vladimir Yevseyevich Tatlin, Russian avant-garde, constructivism, Zheng Ke, modern sculpture, design.

The application of painting psychological analysis techniques in psychological health education for college students
The psychological analysis of painting is mainly based on the theories of psychological projection and brain division of labor function. The psychological technique of painting is simple and easy to implement, which helps individuals eliminate their defenses. The paper introduces examples of the application of painting psychological analysis techniques in college students' psychological health education, including individual counseling, psychological surveys, and psychological health education courses. Methods: This study uses the House-Tree-Person technique (HTP), a painting psychological analysis technique applied in teaching, and uses the analysis techniques of emotional "wavy lines", interpersonal relationship "cross lines", and self-portrait analysis. Meaning: Painting psychological analysis can reflect the inner state and personality traits of the painter. Using painting to carry out psychological health education can analyze the psychological state and personality traits of visitors from a projection perspective. Painting is not limited by language and expression, which can reduce visitors' resistance. The way of painting can stimulate visitors' enthusiasm for participating in activities, and painting is conducive to emotional expression and release, enhancing the effectiveness and personalized guidance of psychological health education. The application of painting psychoanalysis in college students' psychological health education is an exploration and innovation in both content and form. Conclusion: The application of painting psychological analysis techniques has a positive promoting effect on psychological health education practice. In individual counseling, it is possible to identify negative emotional characteristics and analyze personality traits. Through HTP, students' psychological states can be further understood, which has a supplementary effect on psychological surveys. In psychological crisis intervention, the painting psychological test evaluates students' negative emotions and psychological states, discovers the characteristics of negative emotions and suicide risk factors in students' paintings, and compensates for the high surface validity of paper and pencil tests and the lack of participants' disguised answers.

The characteristics of export and import of services in the Russian Federation and the USA
For the last decades, the United States has been leading in trade in services. The share of trade in services has exceeded the share of trade in goods in the GDP of the United States. In the Russian Federation the active development of the service sector has begun fairly recently, yet nowadays the service sector has accumulated the greatest share in the country’s GDP. In turn, this indicates the increased role of the service sector in determining the foreign trade position of a country on the world stage and analyzing the opportunities for a particular country to further strengthen its position.
In the present article, the author examines the features and conducts a comparative analysis of the main indicators of export and import of services from the Russian Federation and the United States over the period from 2005 to 2023 based on the data from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Key words: balance of payments, export of services, import of services, exchange of services.

On the issue of modern escapism strategies
The article examines the problems of escapism in the context of the causes and consequences of the demand for strategies of escapist behavior. Because of this, the authors aimed to identify the factors contributing to the spread of escapism and individuals' commitment to escapist strategies in modern conditions, as well as to study the practices of their use 1) as a way out of a traumatic situation, 2) as a goal of moving social practices into virtual space, and 3) as a means of escape from reality. The complexity and multidimensional nature of the escapism phenomenon is explained by the interconnection of three components: the characteristic features of the modern era, provoking escapist tendencies, environmental conditions pushing the individual to break with it, and the properties of the personality itself, predisposed to prefer the strategy of escapism – and the presence of both positive and negative potential in it. The authors see the reasons for the increase in the number of adherents of escapism strategies in the complex interaction of these factors and the presence of ever-expanding opportunities to escape from reality.
Key words: escapism, otherworldliness, hybrid space, virtual escapism, protest escapism, social escapism, inner escapism, hedonistic escapism, hikikimori.

The European Union faces new integration demands from candidate countries
In this article, the author conducts a study to identify problems related to the integration of candidate countries into the European Union. The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the growing international contradictions between long-existing and newly created unions of countries of different continents. This necessitates the identification of the reasons for the expansion of the European Union, as well as the identification of obstacles on the way to this. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to study the processes of solving problems by the European Union arising from the introduction of new integration requirements by countries that are official candidates for EU membership. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were set: to identify and analyze the current position of the European Union in the international community; to analyze the current state of activity of candidate countries for membership in the European Union; to identify problems of integrating these countries into the European political space; to identify further trends in the development of the European Union. It is worth noting that as a result of the study, it was revealed that the turning point leading to the continued expansion of the EU was 2022, in which four more countries joined the candidate countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Another application for this status from the Autonomous Republic of Kosovo, formerly part of Serbia, is currently under consideration. Despite the fact that all the countries under consideration are in close cooperation with each other in one way or another, being located on the territory of Europe, each of them has its own characteristics, as a result of which the European Union faces new requirements for the integration processes of states planning to join it. For example, the situation with Ukraine is complicated by the conflict between it and Russia, and the situation with Kosovo is complicated by the conflict between the republic and Serbia. All this causes a number of certain difficulties, as a result of which either a synergistic effect will be achieved between the countries, or this will lead to the destruction of the established system and the termination of cooperation altogether.
Key words: European Union, integration of countries, EU candidate countries, requirements of countries for integration, EU and integration of countries, integration process, integration.

The impact of cultural differences between Russian and Chinese on machine translation
Machine translation has advanced significantly in recent years, thanks to neural networks and artificial intelligence, resulting in improved translation accuracy, especially for simple and medium-sized texts. However, there are still significant challenges when translating literary works and culturally specific texts, as in the case of Russian and Chinese. Cultural differences between languages as well as the influence of context on translation accuracy remain a significant challenge. Specific cultural elements such as religious terms, historical references or social nuances are particularly difficult for a machine to convey, often resulting in a loss of meaning or distortion of the text.
Key words: machine translation, translation accuracy, cultural differences.

Subregional organizations facing the challenges of globalization
The problem of measuring the role of globalization in the space of international relations, including on a supranational scale, remains relevant to this day. Globalization as a process of integration of societies and economies has influenced the development of the sphere of international relations. Although globalization has allowed the development of new theories of international relations, American theories remain the main and basic theories that describe world events and international relations in general. Globalization, which refers to the ongoing integration of countries around the world, is now widespread around the globe. This complex process involves the interaction of capitalism and democracy and has various advantages and disadvantages. It can both empower and disenfranchise individuals and communities. Therefore, American theories such as liberalism, realism, and constructivism remain basic theories on which new theories are superimposed. For example, classical realism, originally from England, is closely related to the theory of American realism. In addition, in the 20th century, the theory of Marxism, which originated in Western Europe, became widespread. Thus, despite the fact that, thanks to globalization, theories of international relations have begun to develop on other continents, American theories of international relations remain fundamental.
Despite the apparent tendency towards disintegration processes in global interaction, the interdependence of countries from each other in the global perspective is beyond doubt. This also applies to aspects related to the integration of States on a subregional scale. This topic is especially relevant in the context of conversations about the information security of states in the context of cyber threats and the significant role of ICT in the life of modern society. The work focuses on such sub-regional organizations as the SCO and the CSTO in the context of the challenges of globalization, which results in the unlimited dissemination of information.
Key words: sub-regional organizations, globalization, international relations, political realism, liberalism, globalism, constructivism, SCO, CSTO.
