The desire to capture time: constructivism in the symbolism of the League “Time”
In the 1920s in the Soviet Union, the processes of building a new world and a new man was under way, not only distances but also time should be subject to it. These ideas encompass both economists - the organizers of production, and artists. The former embody their projects in the spread of the movement of scientific organization of labor, in the League "Time", the establishment of the enterprises of everyday life. The latter realize the vision of the world in painting, cinema, book publishing, developing the views of theorists of constructivism. The most valuable is the experience of combining the designs of economists and artists, manifested in the design of the League itself and time associated with it.
Key words: time, constructivism, scientific organization of work, League "Time", visual agitation.

Applied political management in international relations: case - Crimea 2014
March 16, 2014 the whole world witnessed an important historical event. Democratic way through a referendum held on the Crimean peninsula. Its result was the expression of consent of residents for joining the two Ukrainian regions in the Russian Federation. From 2014 to 2016, the constituent entities of the Federation, formed on March 18, 2014, formed a separate federal district - the Crimean. This step was optimal, as it allowed to smooth out many "acute angles" during the difficult transition period of the adaptation of the new territory, the peninsula's infrastructure and the city and their population to Russian reality. At the moment, the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol are part of the Southern Federal District.
On March 18, 2014 (after the referendum on leaving the Ukraine and entering the Russian Federation on the Crimean peninsula), Russian President V.V. Putin, addressing both chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the governor's corps, stressed: "The Crimea is also a unique fusion of cultures and traditions of different peoples. And this he is so similar to the great Russia, where for centuries, not one ethnic group has disappeared. Russians and Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars and representatives of other peoples lived and worked side by side on the Crimean land, preserving their identity, traditions, language and faith. By the way, today from 2 million 200 thousand inhabitants of the Crimean peninsula - almost one and a half million Russians, 350 thousand Ukrainians, who mostly consider the Russian language their native language, and about 290-300 thousand Crimean Tatars, a large part of which,  as the referendum showed, Russia".
Key words: management, politics, sociologists, president, modernity, Ukraine, Russia, history.
