The Role of State Actors in Inter-Governmental Organizations (Case of Russia and Nigeria)
The quest for globalization redefined the geopolitics of the world through regional integration, bilateral agreements and multilateral cooperation across borders as the mainstream of the international system. This new development encourages powerful state actors to become more involved in the affairs of governmental structures in the contemporary world order. This article analyzed the contributions of regional state actors toward inter-governmental organizations, using the examples of Nigeria impact in ECOWAS and Russian strong influence in CIS.

Role of Epos in development of figurative thinking of the younger school student
During this research work, authors decided to define figurative thinking of younger school students who study the Yakut epos and those who do not. The article studies the subgenre of literature as a tool for shaping thinking.

Semantics rock art of Yakutia in the context of cultural genesis
The aim of this article the theoretical considerations are verified on the empiric material of the traditional people of the North. Sacred rocks in the Yakut religious-mythological views had the sacral significance and were magical between the worlds.

The national film industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the Far East of the Russian Federation: historical-cultural dynamics and the main development priorities
It is dedicated to aspects of development of the national film industry in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), related to the need of their account in the conceptual and strategic documents that serve as the basis of policy and practice legislative (representative) and executive agencies of state power and agencies of local self-government of municipal formations of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), the interaction between institutions and enterprises. 
The article analyzes the development of film production and system of film distribution in Yakutia since the advent of cinema to the present day. Specifics of the Yakut national cinema based on a rich folk heritage of the Earth of Olonkho. It contains special attention is paid to the state cultural policy aimed at creating conditions for the development of the national film and festival movement, the training of professionals. It identified priorities for future sustainable development of the national film industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) as a regional segment of the film industry of the Russian Federation.

Azerbaijan as a sending and receiving country in students’ migration
Without doubt, the prospective students’ insight profiles have also undergone to some changes, especially those who are interested in studying abroad using data from ongoing researches. There are also some other factors which influence motivating their interest to study abroad. 
Another major trend in students’ migration flow is related to changing function of Azerbaijanian HEIs’ status from sending institution into the hosting organizations.  Such kind of development provides insight into the wide range of information sources used in the decision-making process. A valuable resource, that allows higher education institutions and suppliers to plan informed and more effective recruitment and marketing strategies. 
This article shows some basic statistical trends in the development of migrant students in CIS and other European countries.
