Peculiarities of the concept “дружба”/“friendship” in English and Russian linguistic world image: recent linguistics research
The concept “дружба”/“friendship” is marked by national and cultural characteristics, occupies an important place in every language. In the research brief analysis of the etymology and vocabulary definitions of lexicographical sources has been made in order to find as differences in the perception of the individual components of the concept “дружба”/”friendship” in English and Russian, as similarities. It has been pointed that the concept «friendship» is closely linked with the microconcept “friend”. The characteristic features of the concept “friendship” are affection, respect, trust, understanding, empathy, sincerity, selflessness and their semantic synonyms.

Language Loyalty: the Case of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Federation
The Tatar Republic is one of the most socio – economically developed region of multilingual and multi-ethnic regions of Russia. Hence it is attractive enough for analyzing the extent of efficiency and effectiveness of the regionalization of the language policy. The objective of this article is to review the experience of Tatarstan regional language policy, which is one of 22 republics of the Russian Federation. Within this paper, it is provided an analysis of the mechanisms of preservation, protection and development of the state language and other languages in the Republic of Tatarstan to determine the effectiveness and challenges faced by the regionalization of the language policy, by rising the language loyalty.

The interaction between the PRC and the Vatican - the Holy See in the context of the normalization of relations at the beginning of the XXI century
The article discusses the relationship between the PRC and the Vatican - the Holy See at the beginning of the 21st century. The PRC and the Vatican-Holy See are important subjects of the system of international relations and world politics at the present time. However, the process of normalizing the Sino-Vatican relations passes through many different kinds of problems and mutual disagreements. The methodological basis of this publication is the principles of cultural and historical methods of scientific knowledge.

Ethnic tensions in the Northern Caucasus
This article is written on the materials expert survey conducted in the summer of 2014 the North Ossetian Center for Social Research Institute for Social and Political Studies in collaboration with the department of sociology and social processes of the North Ossetian State University them. Despite the fact that the student protests in 1968 were in the distant past, they reminded themselves repeatedly and during the revolutions of 1989 in Eastern Europe. And in today’s «color revolutions.» Every time politicians and researchers asked about the reasons for the protest. But only artists could be closer to the answer.

Human Resource Management Problems in Russia
This article is devoted to the main problems of human resource management in Russia. Setting up production is always associated with the people who work at the facility. Correctly selecting the principles for setting up this production and optimum systems and procedures play a special role in this process. However, the success of production depends on specific people, their knowledge, competence, qualification, discipline, motives, problem solving abilities and their trainability.
At present, a fundamental concept of an organisation’s HR is the increasing role of workers’ individuality: knowing what motivates them and being able to develop and direct them according to the goals of the organisation. The situation that has arisen in our country and changes in economic and political systems have provided not only great opportunities, but also created serious threats for each individual, as well as a significant degree of uncertainty in his or her life.
In this situation, HR has acquired a special relevance and importance: it permits us to generalise and implement an entire spectrum of measures involved in adapting people to external conditions while taking into consideration the individuality factor in setting up the organisation’s personnel system.

The Fundamental Features of Communities
Communities are a social phenomenon of the modern world, having transformational potential and comprising a complex social and cultural system. This article considers approaches to this hypothesis and presents a brief scientific excursion into the history of this issue. Arguments are presented in favour of a synergetic and transdisciplinary approach to studying communities as complex systems. We stress the requirement for representatives to master management structures for the information volumes and levels corresponding to these inter- and transdisciplinary principles.
