A brief analysis of the expression of subtext in the creation of dramatic characters
Dramatic performances mainly express and convey the emotions of the characters, presenting the content of the script through a number of factors, such as actions, lines, scenes, music, etc. At the same time, the formation of characters' images is inseparable from their behavior lines. In conditions of limited time and a dense plot, actors must use concise language to express the content of the story and the inner world of the characters. In this case, control of the subtext becomes especially important, since it contributes to the development of the plot line.
Subtext implies a deeper inner meaning and is the process of conveying the psychological state of the character. To understand the subtext, the performer must repeatedly immerse himself in the script situation, correctly capture the personality traits, psychology, speech and actions of the character, understand how his thoughts, emotions and physical reactions change. This allows you to avoid harshness during the performance and achieve an accurate transmission of the subtext. The integration of subtext into dramatic performances through the externalization of language allows for a more complete characterization, thereby enhancing the charm of the performing arts and increasing the overall expressiveness of the drama.
Key words: dramatic performance, subtext.

Modern approaches to the new world order construction
This paper raises the problem of the a new world order, the formation of which is the subject of geopolitical disputes in the 21st century. Having touched upon the historical context of this problem, the author of the article considers the Russian and Chinese concepts of the formation of a new world order. The author of the article concludes that Russia will only be able to play a key role in the formation of a new world order if it becomes a bulwark and a safeless base for all nations of the world and strengthen the world stability. As for China's role in forming the world order, one should appeal to its economic growth, changing its political status. Nowadays China is a powerful power with a serious potential for global influence. So the Chinese conception of forming the world order, according to the author of the article, should be taken into account. In the context of the problem discussed in the article, the question concerning the structure of the world order is also raised. Russia, China and other countries supporting the Russian-Chinese plan of international world order proceed from the fact that the existing unipolar model does not reflect the real balance of power on the geopolitical map of the world. Therefore, there is a gradual transformation of the unipolar system into a multipolar system based not on the dominance of one state, but on equality and cooperation.
Key words: world order, hegemony, unipolarity, multipolarity, Russia, China.

International private law in the context of globalization
Globalization has changed the face of the world, gave rise to the restructuring of society, the transformation of the state and its sovereignty and led to the «denationalization» of law. Today, the future of law is formed, which must be adequate to the new society. The greatest changes occur in international private law, where we are witnessing an increase in the number of norm-making actors with norm-making being adhocratic in nature; strengthening and modification of the delocalization process of law, standardization and the search for new legal identity; an unprecedented growth of the bulk of non-state regulation norms and searching for ways to legitimize them; the active development of alternative non-state and supranational systems for transboundary dispute resolution; paradigmatic shifts in the field of law, due to the interpretation of the concept of “rules of law”; updating of the institute of autonomous legal qualification, etc. The privatization of law contributes to its fragmentation, which in the framework of private international has two areas of development: normative and institutional. All this creates an effect of “parallel” social realities, with two, in fact, colliding systems of regulating transboundary relationships and two dispute resolution systems based on state law and non-state law, developing.
Key words: globalization, non-state regulation, private international law, applicable law, lex mercatoria, denationalization of law, fragmentation of law.

The concept of Open: human and animal
The article examines the eighth part of R. Rilke's “Duin Elegies”, which focuses on the difference between animals and humans and the relationship between man and Nature. The importance of this distinction is emphasized and D. Leopardi's contribution to this idea is recognized. The closeness between both authors is investigated, taking into account the ontological significance of the animal. Heidegger's commentary on the elegy is discussed, emphasizing the difference in the definition of the Open.
In Rilke, an animal is open to the world, but a person is closed from it. Why? Because the eyes of an animal are turned to what is outside of it, and the eyes of a human are turned to what is inside of it. The animal lives in space. A man in time. Rilke believes that man is not a cosmic being, but an autistic one. A person is closed in himself, in his self. It is temporary. But the beast is a cosmic being. He is open to space. He is eternal. Heidegger objects. He believes that the poet has confused everything. In fact, man is open, and the beast is closed in itself. If the philosopher, out of habit, accepted in Western philosophy, believes that reason elevates man above the animal, then for Rilke consciousness only burdens human life and is rather an acquired disadvantage than a virtue.
It is impossible to think that there is some kind of being that humanity creates for itself so that it can say that there is being. Humanity exists by endowing itself with its existence, and existence does not exist, although it is given to us. The crisis of metaphysics begins at the moment when Heidegger says that, after all, being depends on a person. This phrase concludes the history of Western philosophy.
