The Relationship between Youth Policy and Sociology of Youth: Historical and Cultural Excursus
The article presents a historical and cultural analysis of the relationship between the state youth policy and the sociology of youth, which simultaneously acts as a reflection of the request of the authorities and public organizations to explain those social processes that affect the socialization of youth, but also testify to the changes taking place in the youngest generation. Both the sociology of youth and youth politics are relatively new phenomena, clearly manifested already in the post-war period. But it is precisely such a relatively short period of their interaction from a historical point of view that allows us to conclude that the main factors of their convergence include changes not only of a socio-economic, but also of a spiritual nature. They are associated with the transformation of the culture of an industrial society into the culture of a post-industrial society, where youth policy is required to take into account the craving of young people for innovation in all areas of life. Therefore, the sociology of youth must be aware of these innovations and convey to the authorities and society in time the meaning of those tendencies that young people are the first to catch.
Key words: youth, history, culture, sociology of organizations, sociology of youth, youth policy.

On the issue of preserving traditional values in modern family education
The relevance of the study is due to the desire of all peoples to preserve traditional family values and continue the education of modern children in the national traditions in a globalized society.
Both on the material of the sources studied and on the basis of the analysis of the questionnaire, we can judge about the transformation and loss of the vast majority of traditional family values nowadays. Today the family itself is actually no longer perceived as a fundamental value. We believe that to prevent these detrimental trends, typical for all regions of Russia, it will help, first of all, to turn to their roots.

The problem of the realization of human rights in Syria in the context of the military conflict
The importance of human rights is due to the fact that with their help it is possible to guarantee every person a decent life, not based on any dogmas. They have been transformed by social groups to defend them, although over time it has been shown that rights such as education, work and demonstration are gradually being violated. The reality underlying the observance of human rights is political economy, since economic means of subsistence are necessary for the full observance of human rights, which means that not all places in the world have the opportunity to meet these basic needs. Syria is currently a country where the military-political conflict creates significant problems for the realization of human rights. This military conflict has been going on for quite a long time, which has led to the fact that Syria has become a country where it is almost impossible to lead a decent life. In this country, there is a deterioration of housing conditions, deterioration of medical and educational institutions.
Key words: interethnic politics, politics in Syria, the Middle East.
